miRNA service

AcceGen Biotech offers high quality service for construction of miRNA sponge vector clones to assist researchers worldwide on their miRNA studies. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNA molecules that regulate the expression of their target genes at the post-transcriptional level by binding to their respective mRNAs. Upon hybridisation of the miRNA/messenger (m)RNA duplex, the target mRNA is cleaved and degraded or blocked from translation. The miRNAs represent key players in the regulation of multiple genes, and thus, virtually all cell processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, differentiation, and metabolism.

FISH probe

The Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) probes give the power to resolve several genetic elements or multiple gene expression patterns through multicolor visual display. AcceGen Biotech has a large range of FISH probes, which is optimised to detect gene loss, gene amplification, gene fusion, gene break-apart and chromosomal aneuploidy.

Sequencing Products

The AceSeq™ DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina contains enzymes and buffers that are ideal to convert a small amount of DNA input (including FFPE and cell-free DNA) into indexed libraries for next-generation sequencing on the Illumina platform. The workflow of AceSeq™ DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is very user-friendly and fast with minimal hands-on time. Starting material required is 1 ng-1 μg fragmented DNA or more than 300 ul of blood plasma. See more products, please go to
